GOLD RIVER STREAM KEEPERS SOCIETY MINUTES FOR JUNE 17/03

IN ATTENDENCE: PAUL SMITH, JANE BOGIE, JOHN BRUCE JR, PATRICK WATSON, AND STEWART ADAMS

Meeting called to order at 7:37 pm.

Paul asked that everyone sign the attendance sheet for administration protocol.

Introductions followed.

Waited for a quorum and when no other directors attended we decided to discuss the agenda and talk about unfinished business.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:01 pm.

Next meeting is September 18/03 at 7:00 pm.

Meeting to be held at Jim Mitchell’s place of residence.
