Hutchinson Creek Projects

The Hutchinson Creek watershed runs into the Gold River alongside the Rod and Gun property and accross the river from the Golf Course.

The creek was named after Keith Hutchinson a local resident and member of the Gold River Rod & Gun Club who accomplished a great many things for the village of Gold River.

The watershed has been a pet project of the rod and gun club for many years.

It has accumulated a large load of gravel over the years and dries up during the summer months stranding salmon fry/smolts.

There have been many projects completed in this watershed and a few are provided here.
